Bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated Fire Retardant compound with High insulation resistance values. FR properties enable the cable to withstand overload. The insulation is resistant to boiling water, steam and vapours and prevents ageing and cracking in kitchens, bathrooms, damp walls, chemical industries etc.

Bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated Flame Retardant low smoke compound. During fire situation FRLS compound restricts the spread of flame, the emission of smoke is also less as compared to ordinary PVC cables.

Bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated grade of Zero Helogen Flame Retardant compound. The insulation does not burn readily. It does not melt and drip to spread fire. The emission of smoke is negligible, transparent and non-toxic. The victims trapped in the fire do not suffer suffocation. Can be evacuated without much difficulty and the fire fighting is more convenient and effective.

Our hook up wires contains no halogens, phthalates or heavy metal, which eliminate the hazardous substances. The wire has superior dielectric properties that make reduced wall thickness while maintain the same electrical properties as PVC. Even with thinner walls, our wires offers far more better resistance to PVC-based wire.

The Hook Up Wires is single insulated conductor that is used for low current, low voltage (usually under 1000 volts) applications within enclosed electronic equipment. It can operate under extreme temperature that may range from -40 deg. C to 105 deg. Celsius. It comes with color coded PVC insulation and is corrosion proof.

The bonding of insulation with the conductor is controlled to assure that the full conductor strength is transferred to the wire support clamp. These wires are conductor resistant, insulation resistant and minimal breakage possibility. It does not get any burn in the first 60 seconds and lasts longer than usual drop wires.

The PVC Drop Wire is used in telephone connectivity. The drop wire is available in oval shape to add in conductor field separation. These are two round solid copper covered steel wires that serve dually as conductors and strength members. It comes with good tensile strength, conductivity and elongation property.

The cables are manufactured with bright annealed plain flexible electrolytic grade copper conductor, bunched compactly, insulated with specially formulated PVC compound. Each core is uniquely designed for easy identification. In order to offer uniform capacitance throughout length the distance between the two conductors is maintained uniformly.It consists of two electrical conductors (TC-Tinned Copper/BC-Bare Copper) individually insulated by transparent PVC.
